Can I use my own logo or artwork when customizing a jersey?

Yes.  We are in the process of  adding a  feature which will allow you to upload your artwork and/or logo directly to jerseyalley.com, but the feature is not currently live.  Until this feature goes live, please email or call us with logo or artwork requests.

Can I change the font that's used on my jersey?

We have over 70 fonts to select from. You can view all available font options on our fonts page

Do you offer or provide custom artwork?

We have an extensive library of artwork, logos and patterns to choose from when customizing your bowling apparel.   If you would like us to modify an existing logo, pattern or design, or even have us start from scratch and design something new, our in-house designers are ready to help you step up your in-lane appearance. 

General Pricing:

Modify an existing pattern, design or logo:

  • $25.00 per hour.  Minimum charge of $12.50 USD.

Design a custom pattern or logo:

  • Starting at $150.00 + $25.00 per hour

How do I save the customizations that I've made to a jersey?

After you’ve customized and added a jersey to your shopping cart, your jersey will save to your browsers cache for 24 hours.  To ensure that the jersey doesn’t get deleted you must log in prior to adding your jersey to your shopping cart. Once you’re logged in, your cart will retain your customized jersey for no less than 7 days.   After 7 days, any customized Jersey that you’ve added to your cart may be deleted to conserve server space and essure site stability and performance.

Do you offer youth sizes?

While we don’t actively list or advertize youth sizes on our bowling apparel, we can certainly accommodate your needs. Please email [email protected] to request info regarding our youth sizes.

Where is your apparel manufactured?

Unlike many of our competitors, we won’t bend the rules at the expense of our employees or customers.  While most companies choose to outsource their production overseas, we know that the true value and quality of our  apparel is defined by the craftsmanship of our employees and legacy of the customers and athletes we serve.  From start to finish, all of our apparel is made and manufactured in the United States of America. 

Do you have a physical storefront?

Our storefront and production facility is located at 301 W Vogel Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207.  Feel free to stop buy any time during normal business hours Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM

Are there any minimums or order requirements?

There are no order minimums or requirements.  You may order one, or as many jerseys as you would like.

When will I receive my order?

As a manufacturer of premium quality bowling apparel, we are confident that the quality in our products comes from more than just the fabrics and dyes that we use in each and every garment.  While we will always do our best to process and produce your order as fast as possible, we ask that you allow us time to validate and ensure that our high manufactureing standards are met

Depending on the season, our production time usually ranges from 10 to 15 business days (excluding shipping time).If you need your order processed faster than our standard turnaround time, please consider using our rush order service at checkout. .

Do you offer a rush service?

If you are in a time crunch, or just want your apparel sooner than our normal production turnaround time, our rush order service may beneficial to you.  You can opt into this service by selecting one of three  options during checkout. The three options are as followed:

  • 5 business day production cycle guarantee – 40% upcharge.
  • 10 business day production cycle guarantee – 30% upcharge.
  • 15 business day production cycle guarantee – 20% upcharge.
What forms of payment are accepted?

Jersey Alley utilizes Authorize.net for payment processing. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you created or already had an account at the time of purchase, you can check the status of your order by selecting the “Order Status” link from within your account options.

If you did not create an account when placing your order, you can still check the status of your order by entering your order number in our order tracker.  account options.  Take me there

How much does shipping cost?

We ship all of our packages via UPS Ground at a standard Flat rate of $9.00 USD.  In the event that the cost of shipping exceeds this amount we will cover the rest.

All of our apparel is custom made at the request of customers (placing an online order/phone order). Because everything is custom made, all sales are final and not eligible for refunds
