    I really love the qualities of the jerseys, don’t get me wrong.

    I have ordered jerseys a couple times from this company and never really had a problem and this time around I have ordered 4 jerseys.
    I ordered and chose the 5 day processing production on 6/28/23 and with email threads I have been confirmed that it would ship on 7/7/2023 as they mentioned would be the 5 day rush. I waited and is 7/14/2023 and I still have not received my jerseys nor even an update or tracking number and I have contacted their face book page and and emailed their sales email and they would be very consistent with responding to me. Now the fact that my jerseys have not shipped yet and I have been asking about it, they have not responded to me. I paid over $100 for rush shipping and still no update, no communication. I have reached out about getting a refund for my rush shipping payment as the website said if they do not fulfill it within the time frame then they would refund you. I would have let it slide maybe if they just had an open communication but no response or update.

    Now I am frustrated that I don’t have my product, I paid rush shipping that is not being rushed, no one is communicating with me or updating me with anything.

    I want to keep supporting this business as they have pulled through for me and I am happy when they come through with the products because they are very nice. It just sucks that I have to leave a review like this but if there is no response and I paid so much money for this and I product is still not here, it’s only right that people are aware of this happening. I have been telling many people about this company because they liked the jerseys I had but I am having mixed feelings about moving forward with jersey alley.

    Until I receive my jerseys I will leave reviews on here to update.

    UPDATE: I still have not received the jerseys. I did call and I got my refund for the expedited processing.

    Apparently they had issues with the logo’s which they did email me first about and they told me to reach out. Which I did! They did tell me that there was a logo that I could not use so I sent them new ones. After I sent them new ones so the rush could get started that’s when there was no communication whether something went wrong or not, it was like they waited for me to call.

    I get it, I understand if they have more orders and jerseys that they are also doing, but if I pay for rush shipping and I don’t get my product after a certain time the website says will go out and no one is communicating then of course I would be frustrated. Now it’s been more than a month.

    I still ended up going through them because genuinely I am a nice person and want to support as the jerseys I received in past orders were really stunning and even now at this point they said I had to wait the normal 15 processing after all that.

    Now 15 days has passed and I had sent out an email 7/14/23 asking when things would be shipped out. Company messages back and tells me within that Friday of the 15 days would be done which was 8/4. Which usually they are good about and the shipping confirmation does get emailed, but I never got one. I thought maybe that Monday 8/7 but never got anything.

    I get no shipping confirmation. I call again and I talk to someone and I ask for an update for my order. He then proceeds to tell me that the latest would be Wednesday 8/9 if not then Thursday 8/10. Now that is even later than the 15 day processing.

    I get and understand if things need to get redrawn or if there are issues, that is fine. All I want is communication, so I’m not just sitting here waiting blindly. I get updates after calling and there’s verbal confirmation telling when when something is going out. So of course I am expecting it when the company is telling me they’re going out. Then when the product doesn’t go out when they say it would after waiting for more than a month, how should I react to that?

    FOR OVER A MONTH OF ORDERING AND STILL NO JERSEYS IN HAND.

    Will update within next 2 days once or if jerseys get shipped.

    UPDATE: I finally got in contact with someone and the reason it took long was because of them having some problems with my custom logos. The thing was I had already spoke with someone about it and sent them new HI-RES ones since they asked for it and so I thought that would have been good to go. Instead I had to go through that process of them saying it’s because of the logos. They did not have the courtesy of even contacting me and letting me know that was an issue. I waited for an update and instead they just put my rush order aside. I asked for a refund for the rush pay and so they said they will issue it, this was on 7/14/2023. I got an email that they have partially refunded the payment for the order and the refund is supposed to be given back to me. I am not sure how long it takes for it to process but I still do not have the refund in my account. I still am trying to give them a chance and I am still going through with my order and I given everything to them as far as organized labels for who they belong to that has ordered jerseys. The company told me I should be good to go and within 15 days it should process. Until then I will continue to update about this and see when my refund comes in and any updated status of my jerseys. Thank you.

    UPDATE: I finally get a shipping confirmation/tracking number.

    Love it!

    While Jersey Alley’s processing/shipping time was a bit long for my taste, this is easily one of the most comfortable jerseys I’ve ever worn.

    Pros: Rich colors with absolutely no fade after use or in the wash. Comfort.

    Cons: Processing/Shipping time.

    – I can fault them for this and wont remove a star. They got the jersey to me within the advertised timeframe therefor the only con I can find is clearly printed on cart/checkout.

    Good things come to those that wait! Thanks Jersey Alley!
